Honoring Former Coach and Teacher Bill Heyde

Former coach and teacher Bill Heyde provided many Ladue Schools students with inspiration, knowledge and skills that shaped their lives. To honor his legacy, the William A. Heyde III Endowment was created, a fund that will operate in perpetuity to support efforts that reflect Mr. Heyde’s passions.

This endowed fund will enhance the speech and debate program at Ladue Horton Watkins High School and will provide a stipend to an existing English Department award, named after Mr. Heyde, to encourage and recognize outstanding writing.

Since the first class graduated from Ladue Schools in 1953, more than 20,000 alumni have passed through our halls. Our graduates have gone on to establish successful careers in academia, business, entertainment, government, medicine and much more. We hope that the time following your high school years has been filled with happiness and accomplishment. Ladue Schools would like to share your stories and provide a way to re-establish connections with past school friends and colleagues.

This website also provides alumni with:

  • An alumni login page to update your contact information to be used for district and Ladue Education Foundation communications and reunion directories. Here, you can also search for former classmates and make a donation to the LEF.
  • Class Connections page that provides links to various classes’ websites and Facebook pages. These pages are managed by the classes themselves, not the school district. If a new Facebook page or website is created for a class and you would like a link to be included on this page, please email laduealum@ladueschools.net.
  • An Alumni News page that offers updates on what our alumni have been up to lately. If you would like to share news with us, please send us an email, and we’ll add it to our page! Feel free to attach pictures, as well.
  • The Spotlight on Ladue blog, which showcases alumni when they make the news for their accomplishments! If you would like to submit a post to be published on this blog, please send us an email including the information.
  • A calendar of scheduled alumni events, including upcoming reunions
  • A planning guide for reunion committees, including information on resources offered by the district

We’re happy to have you back. No matter how long it’s been since you’ve roamed our halls, we want you to feel right at home here!
